Artemisia Therapeutics

I completed my 630-hour certified massage therapy training at Green Mountain Massage School in Hyde Park, VT in 2023. I also passed the FSMTB massage and bodywork licensing exam and continue to learn and incorporate a variety of therapeutic practices.

In 2026, I became a Certified Flower Essence Practitioner with Alaskan Essences, where I learned how to work with these special remedies to effect profound change on all levels. These essences are part of my daily life, and I am thrilled to be able to share them with clients. I am also a RYT-500 yoga instructor and Certified Biofield Tuning practitioner.

My goal is to work with you as the client to design a session that addresses the needs of your physical and energetic bodies, so each session you receive will look a little different, depending on what you're bringing that day.

In my bodywork, I draw from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga Massage, and Reflexology techniques, and I also often include myofascial release.

All sessions require an initial intake, where we discuss a brief health history, goals for your bodywork, and any contraindications.

Please plan on being present 10 minutes prior to your first session to fill out paperwork.
