My name is Jodie, and I am the owner and lead therapist at Apple Valley Massage. I specialize in advanced therapeutic bodywork designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, and support long-term function.

My work is highly customized and results-focused, blending techniques such as Myofascial Release, corrective bodywork, and targeted therapeutic massage to address the root cause of discomfort—not just the symptoms.

I have extensive experience working with:

• Chronic pain and long-standing tension
• Motor vehicle accident and injury recovery
• Postural imbalances and mobility restrictions
• Clients seeking to maintain movement and function as they age

In addition to physical outcomes, I also work closely with clients who experience stress, anxiety, or nervous system overload, providing a grounded, calming approach that helps the body relax, reset, and respond more effectively to treatment.

Sessions are intentional and collaborative. I believe in working with the body—never against it—to create meaningful, lasting results. Communication, comfort, and precision are central to every session.
