The back-story:
After over 25 years in the nonprofit and higher education worlds, Anita decided it was time to find "life after desk". They say "sitting" is the new "smoking"! In July 2021, Anita resigned as Director of Financial Aid at Mid Michigan College; and in August 2021, she embarked on a training program to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. She knew that she had to find a new career that kept her physically active. Massage therapy fit the bill.
