Angela Schultz

Angela Schultz is a passionate and warm hearted therapist. She has 27 years of experience with bodywork and myofascial release. She moved to Colorado from Madison,WI to pursue her dream to live in the mountains. Her healing journey began with a John F Barnes MFR (Myofascial release) course in 2000. She recalls what John said in her first course, and it continues to guide her life today: "In order to help others clear out their issues you need to clear out your own first."

In other words you have to help yourself before you help others. The value of committing to your personal healing journey is priceless. To face your fears and own the choice to improve your health will take you further in life on so many levels.
