My philosophy on healing in the body, how it occurs and how I as a practitioner assist in the process is:

Healing in the body occurs when the body is in the right “place” to let go of the discomfort.  By “place” I mean the correct moment in time for any given body to move forward through the discomfort.

I believe if you give the discomfort in a body an avenue to take out of the body it will release its self, as long as it is ready to do so.  As a practitioner being present, grounded, centered and focused is essential when assisting the body in letting go.  This allows me to not own anything (discomfort, anesthesia etc.) that may be released.  Also, and very important growing trust with my clients is essential to my client moving forward through any type of discomfort.

For myself I feel having a safe, confidential, compassionate, honest, trusting, warm and nurturing environment consistently has assisted me in my own personal growth and healing process.  Therefore, I believe offering this to my clients will assist them through their personal growth and healing.
