Sometimes life requires us to dig deep. But we live in a benevolent world, one that offers respite in a friendly smile, a bird call, or a colorful sunset. I invite you to join me for another source of renewal: healing massage. The massage I offer is customized to the client. It is meant to soothe, relax, and renew. My years of experience with clients, and training, including with Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, allow me to work with people who are aging, battling cancer, or recovering from surgery, as well as people tending to their general wellness.

I have offered massage therapy in my in-home studio since graduating from CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School and Clinic in 2011. I am certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and insured as a certified member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. I never stop learning about my profession. Reading, taking continuing education courses, and hands-on practice of new techniques keep me growing.

Outside of work I enjoy gardening for wildlife, and exploring the outdoor beauty of Minnesota with my family.
