My mission is to provide a focused therapeutic massage tailored to each individual.

Worked in both a Spa and Chiropractic settings
I use a mixture of Eastern and Western Massage modalities with a firm and caring touch. Modalities I have trained in included Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Thai massage, both on a floor mat or the table, Shiatsu, therapeutic stretching, and trigger point therapy.
By listening to each client’s specific requests, I am able to customize the massage based on their unique needs to ensure the best possible outcome, a more therapeutic and relaxing massage with longer-lasting results in how good your body feels.
