My name is Linda Silva.  I am a Physical Therapy Assistant, a Liscensed Massage Therapist and a John Barnes trained Myofascial Release Therapist.  I have opened my own practice after wanting to for over 25 years!  I am excited to start helping people get back to their active lifestyles and enjoying life again!  MFR can help with TMJ, Fibromyalgia, trauma, joint replacements, frozen shoulders, stress, any neurological condition and so much more.  Call me with any questions, I'll be happy to assist you!
