Aloha Everyone! I am so happy to be serving the Honolulu area with body-work services! My goal as a therapist is to aid in the bodies natural healing process to help each and everyone of my clients feel lighter, healthier, and of course less tense. I have training in traditional western modalities including deep tissue, sweedish and sports massage, however I find an abundance of knowledge in eastern modalities of bodywork including thai yoga massage and sen line therapy. I have 100 hours of training in traditional Thai Massage, 60 of which I completed in thailand. I also have my 200 hr yoga teacher traning certification and use a lot of the knowledge learned here in my practice.  My goal is to combine the knowledge and skill sets from both eastern practices and western practices into a more holistic session.
