Using these therapeutic techniques the nervous system calms down, muscles release tension more easily and the body can restore balance. Aimed at reducing chronic pain, improving movement, and addressing the root causes of discomfort rather than just symptoms.

Functional understanding of the body

Christine's background, education, training and experience gives her a strong grasp of how the body functions to efficiently resolve pain and mobility issues.

Christine received her Bachelor's in special education and physical disabilities from Ball State University. The first ten years of her career was spent in the social service field working with populations ranging from infants to senior citizens.

During a sabbatical her travels brought her to Colorado where she sought out chiropractic and massage. She found that many of her chronic symptoms, symptoms that traditional modern medicine could not medicate away, had left her. She started working at a chiropractic clinic and after seeing the effects of bodywork both for herself and the clients treated at the office, she found her new calling.

Christine studied massage therapy at the Colorado School of Healing Arts and in 2011 attained her Certified Massage Therapist license. Christine is EMT and CPR trained, and received meditation training at The Inner Connection Institute.
