I’m excited to share that You Got This studio is in San Diego!

As a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist (NCBTMB), Licensed Massage Therapist in Massachusetts and California, Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), certified CranioSacral Therapist trained through the Upledger Institute and Reiki Master, my work brings together a range of healing modalities rooted in years of dedicated study and practice.

After many years working with clients in the greater Boston area, my practice has naturally evolved toward nervous system support and guiding people back to their own inner wisdom. Using CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, and private Yoga instruction, I offer gentle, personalized sessions to help restore balance, release stress, and nurture a deeper harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
