Woodland Springs Retreat is a private yoga and wellness sanctuary nestled in the natural landscape of the Appalachian Mountains.

Here, the forest is the studio. We offer intimate events by appointment only, designed for those ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters. If you love the woods, wellness, and a life lived with intention, you've found your place.

Previously know as Massage Therapy by Denise.  Denise is working to create an escape that will help you relax from the daily grind.  She is not taking new clients for bodywork at time but is offering special events via Kula Heart Yoga & Wellness, LLC at her newly named business Woodland Springs Retreat, LLC. All Bodywork will be referred to Kula Heart located in Bath, PA.

All events are conceived and hosted by Woodland Springs Retreat — this is not a rental venue.
