I specialize in helping people recover from pain and disability. I am certified in integrative manual massage (othopedic massage) by James Waslaski. I use that and other advanced techniques, such as integrative cranio-sacral work, to bring the body back into balance and to relieve complex pain conditions of the foot/ankle, knee, hip, back, shoulder, hand/wrist, neck, and headaches.
I also am certified in Thai massage, which I highly recommend for everyone.
