As of October 2020 my schedule has not allowed space for new clients. For the foreseeable future I am not able to accommodate anyone other than existing clients to my schedule. I do hope this changes soon and will announce when I do. Please contact me for referrals to several therapists that I myself use. $80/ 60 minutes

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

VIOLET COLLINS, LMT, NMT

Violet brings 15+ years of massage therapy experience, 10+ of those as owner of her own practice. Violet began her career with Massage Envy gaining experience working with many clients on a daily basis, and then became owner of Violet Middaugh LMT, honing her craft in a few select salons and spas.

Currently she is the owner of Balance Wellness, LLC in Sylvania, Ohio and also practices in Waterville, Ohio as Violet Collins LMT. She is continually seeking to expand on her education and knowledge as a massage therapist/bodyworker, and intends to help her clients achieve their health and wellness goals for many years to come.

* Diploma in Massage Therapy through Stautzenberger College, Maumee, OH

* Certified in upper body protocols of Myofascial Release Therapy

* Certification in Hot Stone Massage

* Certified in Somatic Release in clinical massage, including neuromuscular release, myofascial release, positional release, and post-isometric muscle release.

* Certified by Owens Community College in Pregnancy Massage.

* Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified.
