Valerie Oliveira

Val is a graduate of American Health and Beauty in Manchester, New Hampshire, and she’s been competing in powerlifting since 2015. Over the past decade, she’s experienced her share of soft tissue injuries and has personally benefited from the care of massage therapists and physical therapists. Seeing how bodywork helped reduce pain, improve recovery, and kept her progressing in her sport inspired her to become a massage therapist. Val is passionate about helping people understand and care for their bodies on a muscular and soft tissue level. Whether it’s helping athletes manage delayed onset muscle soreness, assisting them in injury recovery, or supporting someone’s overall wellness, she wants to be part of the team that helps people move better, feel better, and achieve their goals.

When Val is not in the gym or working with clients, she enjoys playing Wordle and spending time with her family, friends, and Delilah, her pup.
