About

After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I came to a life-changing realization: massage therapy is not only physically healing, but spiritually restorative—for both the client and the practitioner. I truly believe it was God who led me to this path. Attending the Baltimore School of Massage marked a turning point in my life, and through this calling, I have found my God-given purpose.

I am a certified member of the Association of Massage and Bodywork Professionals and graduated at the top of my class. My professional development continues through advanced training in Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Techniques, Acupressure, Neural Muscular Therapy and other structurally based modalities. These tools allow me to create personalized, effective sessions for every individual I work with. I approach each session with humility and care, believing that every body tells a story, and that God can use the connection between mind, body, and spirit as a powerful instrument of healing.

Inspired by the timeless Christian virtues of Fides, Spes, Caritas—faith, hope, and love—I strive to bring not just relief, but a deeper sense of peace and renewal to every client. I see each session as an opportunity to serve others with love. This work continues to shape me, helping me grow both as a therapist and with my faith.

Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

I am currently only accepting new clients by referral—from individuals who have previously experienced my massage and bodywork services.

If you’re interested in a customized massage and bodywork program but don’t have a referral, you’re still encouraged to reach out. Please email me at tomkeysrmp@gmail.com to begin the conversation.

New Client Policy & Payment Terms

First-time clients without a referral are limited to a 60-minute session for their initial appointment.

Payment for the first session is required in full online at the time of booking.

In the event of a same-day cancellation, no-show, or failure to notify in advance, only 50% of the session cost will be refunded, less transaction fee.

Should I Cancel If I’m Sick?

Short Answer: Yes.
Longer Answer: Yes, please—and here’s why.

Massage is amazing. You know it, I know it. But when you’re under the weather, it’s not always the right time.

Why Cancel?

Your body needs rest.
Massage is therapeutic, but it’s not passive. It activates your body’s systems—and when you’re sick, that energy should go toward healing, not processing bodywork.

It won’t feel good.
That warm, cozy massage table may sound dreamy, but the moment your stuffy head hits the face cradle, you’ll regret it. Gravity is not your friend when you’re congested. Even a great sinus massage won’t fix that.

You might get me sick.
Most viruses are contagious even before symptoms show up. If I catch what you’ve got, I may unknowingly pass it to others—or have to cancel appointments while I recover. No sick pay, no backup staff—just lost time and income. Let’s avoid that, shall we?

So it’s a deal:
You cancel when you're sick, and I’ll do the same. We'll look out for each other.

When to Cancel

Please cancel if:

  • You’ve had nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea in the past 24 hours.
  • You’ve had a fever (or chills, aches, or serious fatigue) in the past 24 hours—even if you’re taking medicine.
  • You’re sneezing, itchy, or runny-nosed, and it’s not definitely allergies.
  • You’re coughing frequently.
  • Someone in your household is ill and you’re starting to feel “off.”

Still unsure?

If you're recovering or on the fence, give me a call. We'll decide together.

Let’s keep each other safe and healthy—so your next massage feels as good as it should.

The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace.

Numbers 6:24-26 (NIV)

For God so loved the world

that he gave his one and only Son,

that whoever believes in him shall not perish

but have eternal life.

John 3:16 NIV

I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Philippians 4:13

Have I not commanded you?

Be strong and courageous.

Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged,

for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

Joshua 1:9 NIV
