As a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing since 2007 and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, I bring together years of experience, specialized training, and a deep understanding of anatomy to provide individualized therapeutic care.

My practice focuses on deep tissue massage, fascia-focused bodywork based on fascial anatomy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD).

Rather than treating each modality as a separate approach, I integrate my knowledge and techniques based on each client's unique needs. Every body is different, and no two treatments are exactly alike.

By understanding how the muscular, fascial, and lymphatic systems work together, I can adapt each session to address areas of tension, restriction, discomfort, swelling, or limited mobility.

My philosophy is simple: I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to massage therapy. I believe in using the right combination of techniques for the individual in front of me.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, effective bodywork that supports better movement, recovery, and overall well-being.
