My approach to wellness and healing is rooted in compassion, clinical understanding, and respect for each person’s unique journey. With a background as both a nurse and massage therapist, I bring a thoughtful, whole-person perspective to my work—honoring the connection between the body, mind, emotions, and nervous system.

I specialize in oncology massage and supportive bodywork, while also welcoming clients from all walks of life who are seeking relief, restoration, and deeper connection with their bodies. My own experience with cancer has given me a personal understanding of how vulnerable and transformative the healing process can be. This perspective allows me to meet clients with empathy, patience, and a deep respect for where they are in their recovery or wellness journey.

My practice is gentle, intentional, and client-centered. Whether you are navigating cancer treatment, recovering after treatment, managing stress, living with chronic discomfort, or simply seeking supportive therapeutic touch, my goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where your body can soften, your nervous system can settle, and healing can be supported.
