Welcome to SK^N^ Bodywork, a wellness-focused massage practice designed to help clients relax, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported in their overall well-being. I believe massage therapy is more than just relaxation — it is a meaningful form of self-care that can help reduce stress, ease muscle tension, improve sleep, and promote a greater sense of balance in both the mind and body.

Meet Your Massage Therapist

My name is Tessa Diamond. I am a mother of three, a graduate of the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Therapeutic Massage Program, and a member of the Oneida Nation, a Native American tribe in Wisconsin. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of SK^N^ Bodywork. SK^N^ (pronounced Skuh-Nah) means “peace” in the Oneida language, which reflects the calming and supportive experience I hope every client feels throughout their time with me.

My Approach to Wellness

At SK^N^ Bodywork, I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and listened to. Each session is personalized to the client’s individual needs, whether they are looking for stress relief, relaxation, targeted muscle work, or time to slow down and focus on themselves. I take both a clinical and holistic approach to massage, focusing not only on physical tension but also the importance of rest, self-care, and overall wellness.

What to Expect

Clients can expect a professional and supportive experience from start to finish. Before each session, we will discuss your goals, comfort level, and any areas you would like focused on so your session can be customized to what your body needs that day. My goal is for clients to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for in a peaceful environment they can trust.
