Terra Kernaghan

Terra Kernaghan completed a 650-hour Advanced Massage Therapy program at the Alpha School of Massage and holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health Sciences, an interdisciplinary field that supports whole-person health.

Terra provides integrative massage and bodywork tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. She utilizes diverse techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote relaxation, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as orthopedic cupping and IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) when appropriate.

She also supports patients in developing healthy lifestyle habits at home, including posture, stretching, and movement practices. With a steadfast commitment to her patients, genuine compassion, and a strong foundation in research, Terra delivers thoughtful, personalized care that nurtures both physical and emotional well-being.
