My goal is to treat your pain hierarchy to allow your body to enjoy relaxation massages. I do encourage relaxation massages in between your therapy to allow your mind, body, and soul to rest and relax! These massages also give you an overview on how your body feels when it is touched allowing you to make mental notes of those areas that need attention.
I teach my clients how to maintain their muscles at home, as this journey requires teamwork from the both of us! We will learn your bad postural habits and I will educate you on those habits that are causing your pain. You will have an opportunity to build healthy postural habits that will drastically reduce your pain and tightness in your body!
