Welcome to Renew Bodyworks
I believe the body is designed to heal when given the right support. Stress, tension, fatigue, and pain are often signals that something is out of balance. Through therapeutic bodywork and nervous system support, sessions are designed to help the body reset, recover, and function the way it was created to.
Whether you’re dealing with chronic stress, tension, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, or simply need a place to slow down, each session is tailored to what your body needs most.
About Me
My journey into bodywork came through my own healing experience. After struggling with fatigue, GI issues, food sensitivities, mold-related illness, stress, and nervous system dysregulation, I realized healing wasn’t just about managing symptoms. I learned how connected the body, stress, and nervous system really are.
When other approaches weren’t fully helping, bodywork became a turning point in my healing journey. Learning to slow down, reconnect with my body, and process stress physically changed the way I viewed healing and ultimately led me into this work.
I believe symptoms like pain, tension, fatigue, digestive issues, and chronic stress are often signs the body needs more support and restoration. My goal is to help clients feel more connected to their bodies and supported in the healing process.
What I Offer
Custom Therapeutic Massage
A personalized massage session designed to reduce tension, improve mobility, support recovery, and help the body return to balance. Sessions may incorporate therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques depending on your needs.
Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, nervous-system-focused therapy that uses light touch to support relaxation, release tension patterns, and help the body regulate and recover.
