About
Tara received her license in massage therapy in 2011 through The Massage School in Easthampton, MA. She was trained in integrated massage which incorporates Swedish techniques, deep tissue and trigger point therapy. In 2013, Tara received her Reiki I certificate. She went back for a Masters in Teaching and currently works in public schools as a general education ELA and Social Studies classroom teacher. She truly enjoys being a massage practitioner for the way it brings balance and peace to the mind and body of her clients. Tara resides in the Pioneer Valley with her husband and daughter and is practicing to be a certified Forest Therapist.
