Tammy Sims

Hi, I’m Tammy 👋🏼

I’m the fleshbag behind old bones bodywork.

For over 30 years I’ve worked as an X-ray tech, spending my career looking at people’s bones and insides. Somewhere along the way, I built a business around helping people relax.

I am a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Certified Meditation Teacher, Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and finally a licensed massage therapist as of 2026 In OKC doing mobile massage.

I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Whether it’s through massage, yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound therapy or simply have a quiet place to feel calm, I love helping people feel more comfortable in their skin.

When I’m not studying anatomy or learning new techniques you’ll find me antique shopping, working on embroidery or some other arts and craft, spending valuable time with my favorite humans or snuggling with my tiny dog.

Old Bones Bodywork is built for people who simply need a moment to breathe. Life is loud. I hope to create a space that’s a little softer.

Thanks for following along as I manifest this dream. I can’t wait to have you on my table.

✨ creating a space where you can breathe so deeply that your bones exhale ✨
