Synergy Bodywork Massage & Skin Care & Skin Care

Our goal is to help improve/promote health and wellness through massage therapy. Massage involves manipulation of the soft tissue - skin and muscles - to help alleviate and sometimes prevent pain, discomfort and muscle spasm, and to help relieve stress and provide relaxation.

We are not a doctors, think of us as a bodywork mechanics.

Please note this is a wellness studio, please do not expect a spa setting. We focus on relaxation, stress relief, pain management, sports injury & recovery, surgical scar tissue breakdown, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and therapeutic bodywork.

A musculoskeletal treatment might be any combination of the following:

Deep tissue

Myofascial release

Trigger point therapy

Muscle energy techniques

Dry needling (referred out to KTS Therapy/Jen)

Posture and/or gait assesment

Strengthening exercises

Stretches
