Rolfing® Structural Integration is a unique way to improve your overall health and wellness. This structural bodywork technique realigns your body through every layer by ​addressing dysfunction, strain, holding patterns, and instability. This is done in part through the work with the fascia which covers all structures including muscles, nerves, blood supply, organs and bones, and acts as an information network connected to your nervous system. Aligning your body allows the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to activate and overall function to improve. Circulatory and lymphatic systems can flow and drain more easily while joints and limbs have better range of motion and function.
