Joshua Henkels, LMT, BCTMB provides trauma-informed therapeutic bodywork with a focus on nervous system regulation. His work integrates therapeutic massage and Craniosacral Therapy to support clients experiencing chronic stress, persistent tension, or the lingering effects of trauma.
Rather than chasing symptoms, he focuses on helping the body shift out of survival mode and into a more regulated, restorative state. Sessions are steady, intentional, and client-centered. His role is not to “fix” you, but to create a safe and supportive environment where the nervous system can settle and healing can unfold naturally.
