I utilize therapeutic Swedish and neuromuscular techniques, as well as deep tissue, stretching, cupping, scraping and hot/cold therapy to relax tension and restore muscular balance and function. Everybody is different, with different needs and goals, which is why each client gets an individualized care plan, and bodywork specialized around their unique muscular issues.

My goal is to leave each of my clients feeling renewed and relaxed after their session, while still getting long-lasting relief from pain.
