Courtnie Blakemore

Courtnie Blakemore completed training for Massage Therapy at Heritage College in 2007, with specialized focus in Neuromuscular modalities. While offering relaxing Swedish, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, and Deep Tissue Therapy- all massage services are deeply entrenched in therapeutic modalities".

More recently, Courtnie has completed training for Esthetics in 2021 and specializes in facial/body waxing, dermplaning, microdermabrasion, and othe professional resurfacing treatments.

Courtnie's main prerogative in the treatment room is to provide services that are not only results driven, but to also create a space of peace and relaxation.

Today's defining characteristics of everyday modern life consists of busy schedules and huge workloads, converting the role of the average person into a role of anxiety. With ever mounting responsibility come ever mounting tension. "You can't pour from an empty cup" but people continually attempt to do so. With this mind set it's easy to see why chronic stress related illnesses are becoming the norm of the 21st century.

Simply Massage & Esthetics encourages a mindfulness of the present moment, freeing the body of chronic tension and "filling your cup" with peace of mind while addressing specific areas of concern. My hope is to facilitate a state of relaxation and create a space of well-being and joy that will overflow into other areas of your life, a state that will remind you to live and love fully and to look for the joys each moment manifests, while creating a space where relaxation and results co-exist.
