I have been a Professional Bowen Practitioner since 2018, what is Bowen you ask? Bowen is an innovative approach for pain management that is gentle and effective for people of all ages. Subtle moves are performed over muscles and connective tissues to send messages throughout the body, impacting the autonomic nervous system which controls over 80% of bodily functions and is very susceptible to external stressors. Bowen addresses the body as a whole, affecting muscles, fascia, joints and the lymphatic system to name just a few.

I offer both in person sessions at my office as well as Distance Bowen. Distance is the same Bowen session only via distance. Which means, you don't have to be in person. Stay in the comfort of your own home and still get the benefits of Bowen. Perfect option if you got hurt or are feeling a little ill and can't make it into my office.

Sessions last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or longer depending on your specific condition. Following the session, changes may be seen immediately such as pain reduction, greater range of motion and a deep sense of relaxation. You may also notice changes over the next several days as your body continues the healing process.

I discovered Bowen through a friend and was so impressed and in awe of the work I just had to become a Practitioner! I love the minimal touch and that I can do this anywhere, in a typical massage setting or standing in the grocery line. Bowen is a fascinating modality and I love to hear how it helps  everyone I work on.

We just moved to the Wenatchee area to be closer to family, so we are loving getting to know the town and all it has to offer as well as enjoying all the fun outdoor activities.
