I am a dually-licensed massage therapist (Colorado and Lawrence, Kansas) currently based in Kansas. I specialize in improving your quality of life by relaxing your body, calming your mind, and helping you remember your Soul's purpose. I offer in-person and distance sessions. I work with you to identify triggers for your chronic pain and use a variety of bodywork techniques to alleviate the pain and discomfort to help guide you back to a healthy, active lifestyle.
