About
Aloha! I'm Sheena.
Born and raised in Hawai'i, I was first introduced to massage therapy through my grandfather. Learning from him gave me an appreciation for the role massage can play in helping people relax, recharge, and feel their best.
After graduating from massage school in 2011, I took the Hawai'i Massage Therapy State Exam twice and missed passing by just one point each time. Without the resources to retake the exam, my dream of becoming a licensed massage therapist was put on hold. Although life took me in different directions after moving from Hawai'i to California, my passion for massage never faded, and working on family and friends kept it alive.
In 2024, after recovering from a major surgery, I received my first professional spa massage. That experience reignited my passion for massage therapy and inspired me to pursue licensure again. I began exploring certification through the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC), but the process became unexpectedly challenging after I learned that the massage school I attended had closed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Determined not to let another obstacle stand in my way, I decided to return to massage school and do whatever it took to achieve my goal.
In 2025, I moved to Texas, and enrolled at Laurel School of Massage. After graduating, I scheduled my state licensing exam on April Fools' Day. It seemed fitting, and I told myself, "Why not? Third time's the charm." I also promised myself that if I didn't pass, I would study harder, retake the exam, and keep moving forward.
Thankfully, the third time truly was the charm—I passed.
Today, I'm grateful to be doing work that I genuinely love. My goal is simple: to help every client slow down, relax, and leave feeling better than when they arrived. Whether you're dealing with everyday stress, muscle tension, or simply need time to recharge, every session is thoughtfully customized to your comfort level and wellness goals. I believe no two people are the same, and no two massages should be either.
My massage style blends traditional Swedish massage with Hawaiian Lomi Lomi-inspired flowing strokes to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support your overall well-being. I look forward to welcoming you and being part of your wellness journey.
