I’m a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT# 99353) offering holistic bodywork sessions rooted in compassion and honor for your body’s story. I work with a blend of modalities from my training at Loving Hands Institute of Healing Arts - including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Acupressure, and Lymphatic massage therapies - as my core practice. In collaboration with your body’s own wisdom, my sessions aim to soothe tension, promote pain relief & comfortable mobility, support injury recovery, and invite your nervous system to rest and restore so that you feel welcomed into a place of embodied wellbeing.
