I have had the honor and pleasure to serve the Triangle area practicing my various massage modalities for 40 years. I did Chair Massage extensively at UNC Hospital 10 years, Mariah Parem Hospital (Henderson NC), 10 years, the Henderson YMCA for 12 years, NIEHS 15 years and other corporate entities. I am the longest serving MT at SAS institute in Cary, now going on 31 years, I spent 10 years working w/ UNC football team. My sessions these days happen at my massage studio in our Beautiful home just north of the Haw River off of 15-501 where i pratice mostly Deep Tissue modalities, ie Myofascial Release, DT Massage, Trigger Point work, Reiki, and various forms of energy work, and more as an almalgamation of my many years of experience. I have many clients that have been with me for 15, 20,25 years, along with new folks showing up all the time. My sessions are 60,75,90,120 minutes in length.
