About Me
My name is Evan Schaller and I am a licensed massage therapist as well as a strength and conditioning coach. Originally a strength and conditioning coach, I wanted to be more effective at stress management by applying stress to the body through training and combining that with massage therapy for recovery, pain reduction, and mobility/soft tissue restriction.
In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, I am also currently the Director of Performance at Resilience Code, and hold a Master's in Strength & Conditioning, as well as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the NSCA.
Philosophy
Pain relief and lasting change are not the same thing. While I use massage therapy to release tissue that is restricting movement or causing pain, lasting change also requires strengthening the tissue that needs to hold and support that new range of motion.
This combined approach allows me to work with people from all walks of life — athletes recovering and performing better, individuals looking to optimize movement and training, desk workers managing chronic tension, older adults wanting to stay active and independent, and everyone in between.
