I’m a licensed massage therapist with a deep respect for how stress, travel, injury, and everyday life show up in the body. My work blends therapeutic intention with relaxation, allowing each session to meet you where you are that day. Whether you’re holding tension in your neck and shoulders, dealing with chronic tightness, or simply needing a moment to slow down, my goal is to support your body’s natural ability to release and reset.

I offer customized sessions using techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, focused therapeutic work, and cupping therapy. I pay close attention to pressure, pacing, and your nervous system — adjusting the session so you feel both effective results and a sense of calm.

My approach is intuitive, attentive, and client-centered. I take the time to listen, work thoughtfully around injuries or sensitivities, and create a space where you can fully relax without feeling rushed or pushed.
