Feel good in your body! My massage uses a variety of different techniques and methods, all designed to help you feel better. Whether you suffer from chronic pain, are an athlete who is gearing up for an event, or are someone who just wants to relax or feel better overall, I will work with you to address your individual needs. You can just chill and enjoy your massage, feeling blissful at the end, or if you have more specific needs, you can actively work with me, providing feedback during your massage, to discover what works best for your body and your unique aches and pains. Employing myoskeletal alignment techniques developed by Erik Dalton as well as, myofascial release, active stretching, deep tissue, myofascial, and Swedish, each massage is specialized to meet your unique needs.
