A session of Rolfing® Structural Integration is approximately 60-75 minutes. The first session is usually longer, closer to 90 minutes. As of 1/1/2026, one session is $130 when paying with cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. The fee is $135 per session when paying with credit or debit card. A military discount of $10 off is available to active or retired military personnel.

If you choose to do a ten series, a 10-series package is discounted by the cost of one session, so the cost is $1,170 (instead of $1,300) when paying with cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. With debit or credit card, the cost is only $1,215, instead of $1,350.

What is Rolfing® Structural Integration?

It is a form of bodywork that reorganizes the connective tissue, called fascia, that permeates the enitre body. It is named after it's founder Dr. Ida P. Rolf. More than 50 years ago, Dr. Rolf recognized that the body is inherrently a systmem of seamless networks of tissue instead of a collection of seperate parts. These connective tissues surround, support and penetrate all of the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs. Rolfing® Structural Integration works on this web-like complex of connective tissues to release, realign and balance the whole body, thus potentially resolving discomfort, reducing compensations and alleviating pain. Rolfing SI aims to restore flexibility, revitalize your energy and leave you feeling more comfortable in your body.

Essentially, the Rolfing process enables the body to regain the natural integrity of its form, thus enhancing your body's efficiency and your freedom of movement.

What are the Benefits?

Rolfing Structural Integration has the ability to dramatically alter a person's posture and structure. Rolfing SI can potentially resolve discomfort, release tension and alleviate pain. The genius of the work rests on Dr. Rolf's insight that the body is more at ease and functions most effectively when its structure is balance in gravity

Athletes, dancers, business professionals, children, and people from all walks of life have benefited from Rolfing SI. People seek Rolfing SI as a way to ease pain and chronic stress, and improve performance in their professional and daily activities. It's estimated that more than 1 million people have received Rolfing work.

For more information about research into the benefits of Rolfing, the website for the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® is www.rolf.org.

I graduated in 2013 from the Ida P. Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO. I became a Rolfer because I loved how it made me feel and wanted to share this with others. A common comment after a Rolfing session is that the client feels lighter. For me, this was not just a physical sense but mental also, an overall sense of lighter, freer, and more optimistic. It shifted my perspective at a crucial time in my life.

I restarted my practice in Savannah in September, 2018. I previously worked in Valdosta and Albany, GA. I enjoy being active outdoors, yoga, reading, writing, and traveling. I am also training to be a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, a body-centered trauma therapy, with Somatic Experiencing® International. See traumahealing.org, for more information about SE®.

Scheduling an appointment:

I work all day Wednesdays and Thursdays, Tuesdays until 3:00 (last appointment is 2:00pm) and in the afternoon most Sundays. Contact me by phone, email, or this website to schedule your appointment or to make inquiries. I work in 2 ways: individual sessions with a focus on specific areas of the body or within the 10-series framework. We can discuss what is your preferred way to work.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

I look forward to serving you!
