Hello,

My name is Lisa and I have a professional space conveniently located at I-25 and Colorado Blvd in Denver, CO. I love the world of Massage and Bodywork. It truly is my soul work.

I am a graduate of Colorado School of Healing Arts with an AOS in Massage Therapy. My specialties are Craniosacral Therapy and Reflexology. I chose these modalities specifically for the depth and expanse of their reach within the body.

Craniosacral Therapy works with the bones of the skull, the spinal cord, sacrum and their rhythm. This rhythm can be thrown out of sync due to trauma and stress. It's gentle, non-invasive and balances the body at it's deepest level, the central nervous system.

Reflexology is a map of the body. I primarily work with the feet and calves here. It touches all organs and systems. There was a time when only doctors were allowed to practice Reflexology because it was so effective. It's a very convenient modality because clients don't have to be fully undressed. Great for times when you want deep relaxation but don't have a lot of time.

And of course Massage. What can be better than an hour, or more, fully devoted to relaxation and stress relief.
