At Science of Massage & Bodywork, every session is tailored to your individual needs. Your body, goals, and comfort can change from one session to the next, and your massage journey can change with them. One session might focus on deeper work, trigger points, and areas of persistent tension. Another might focus on relaxation, with a little extra attention to those shoulders carrying the weight of the world.

We’ll work together to determine what your body needs that day while keeping your longer-term goals in mind. My approach combines individualized care with the understanding that effective bodywork isn’t one-size-fits-all.

75 minutes = $117

Consistency can be an important part of working toward your goals. To make ongoing care more accessible, I offer packages with savings based on the number of sessions purchased. Choose the individual session or package that best fits your goals, schedule, and budget with flexible payment options!

Packages: The 3-session package is paid in full at purchase. For the 6, 9, and 12 session packages, you can choose to pay in full or divide your payment into three installments while locking in your package price. This gives you the opportunity to plan ahead, save on your sessions, and maintain consistency with your bodywork. Packages are purchased with Sarah and not online because they are customized for each individual.

Who am I? I graduated at the top of my class from the East-West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, which was founded by Dr. Xiping Zhou. It is a "best of both worlds" environment where scientifically backed Western and Eastern massage and bodywork modalities are taught.

While in school, I discovered a hidden passion that I am now obsessed with: Anatomy & Physiology! I realized how much the average person doesn't know about how their body works, so I am on a mission to help people through both hands-on bodywork and education along the way.

Massage has been in my blood for many years. After COVID-19, I resurrected the massage program at a well known health club in Madison, which thrived until I left for maternity leave many years ago. I am incredibly grateful and ready to launch my own business to continue massaging and educating.
