I am a licensed massage therapist in MA . My work is unusal for I am trained in orthobionmy as student. I am in training for a very diverse intergrated somatic touch therapy that is an extension of talk therapy where there is dialogue yet there is mostly touch that can aide in nervous system regulation . Dynamic Somatic Touch is an innovative therapeutic approach that focuses on the connection between the body and emotions, using gentle touch and awareness techniques to help individuals release tension and trauma. This method encourages a deeper understanding of physical sensations and emotional patterns, promoting healing and well-being.

While traditional models often ask us to revisit trauma, I work with a Resilience Model. Instead of staying stuck in the 'why,' we focus on the 'how'—how to move through the experience together. Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, or chronic stress, I am here to hold space for your journey. We can face these issues together and see how our bodies can handle feeling differently . Even in the unknown with support and compassionate safety we are together in this container of a modality that brings forth a area of peace and comfort to all of the systems . It will work differently for each person for it is for your journey of healing to work together with the trained practitioner who is trained to hold the space and keep the container safe for all . I am the only practitioner trained in this new somatic modality that has a biogenetic component and deeply connected to somatic experiencing.
