The RiverSpirit office is conveniently located on Rte 1 in Topsfield, MA. where my studio is a soothing skylit loft. I offer deep relaxation work, pain relief and fascial restriction release. I address the mind-body connection, and emotional release through body-centered Bioenergetic psychotherapy.

I enjoy assisting you in calming and harmonizing yourself, and in expressing your aliveness!

I received my massage therapy training through the Polarity Realization Institute, advanced training in myofascial release from the John Barnes MFR Treatment seminars, and maintain an independent licensure for psychotherapy as a MA licensed LICSW. I received an MSW from Simmons College School of Social Work. I am a Certified BioenergeticTherapist.
