Meditation and enjoying the out doors have been my favorite methods of maintaining balance and good health. Hiking daily up and down hills in the morning and meditating in the evening restores the connection I feel with my body. During covid I started providing remote biodynamic craniosacral therapy after practiicing since 2001 in Vermont. My polarity practice has provided a wonderful approach to holistic health one that includes counseling, eating the right foods that help cleanse the body and elemental yoga that speciifically targets what energy needs our body requires.
