Nicole graduated at Minnesota school of business with an associates degree in massage therapy and applied sciences; Practicing since 2011, her work blends foundational bodywork modalities—such as therapeutic bodywork, trigger point release, and Swedish massage—with transformative energetic care.
To tailor every session to your unique needs, Nicole offers custom enhancements including CBD which is essential in pain relief, aromatherapy which helps calm and revitalize the senses, and hot stone massage which soothes tired and achey muscle tissue with heat. While each session is personalized to you, she's most passionate about integrating targeted bodywork with sound and energy healing to achieve optimum results. As an Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master with specialized training in sound therapy, she facilitates the release of stagnant energy—helping calm an overburdened nervous system, unravel deep-seated tension, and guide your body back to its natural state of alignment and vitality.
