Welcome,

I received my bodywork training at the Universal College of Healing Arts here in Omaha. I was licensed in 2005, I began working for myself as a massage therapist in 2007, and went on to get my associate's degree in bodywork in 2011.

In 2012 I took a year off to deal with a health issue. Along with western medicine, I utilized herbs, Reiki, reflexology, and lots of prayers to heal. While I was blessed with healing in record time, I still had chronic pain and mobility restrictions. I began doing yoga and receiving bodywork regularly when it became medically appropriate. My experience was that yoga and myofascial release work were instrumental in becoming pain-free and regaining mobility.  Swedish massage did wonders for my mental anxiety and physical tension.

As a therapist, I’ve witnessed clients’ healing journeys; as a recipient of the work, I’ve experienced it. We’re all in this together!
