At Precision Therapeutics, my approach is individualized, intentional and focused on what you are experiencing and what you hope to change. My work combines specialized therapeutic bodywork with hypnosis, providing different pathways toward greater comfort, ease and meaningful change.

Hypnosis provides an opportunity to work beyond conscious thought, where deeply held patterns, beliefs and responses may reside.

Sessions are collaborative and individualized, helping you explore what may be holding you back and create meaningful change from within.

Buccal Massage & TMJ (Intraoral Massage)

Tension held in the jaw and face doesn’t always feel isolated to the face. The jaw, neck and surrounding fascial tissues are part of a larger interconnected system, and persistent tension can influence how we hold and move through the body.

Buccal massage works both externally and inside the mouth to address deeply held muscular and fascial tension that traditional facial massage may not reach. By encouraging restricted tissue to soften and improving local circulation, the face and jaw may feel more open, mobile and relaxed.

And there can be a surprising side benefit: as tension releases and circulation increases, the face itself may appear softer, more lifted and refreshed. Features that have been held in patterns of tension can begin to look more relaxed and alive — a naturally renewed appearance without changing who you are.

Restorative Bodywork

Individualized therapeutic massage designed around what your body needs. Sessions may address muscular tension, restricted movement, overuse and stress while supporting greater comfort and ease.

Therapeutic Breast Massage

The breast and surrounding chest and underarm areas contain an extensive network of lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes. When normal tissue mobility is restricted by tension, swelling, surgery or scar tissue, the tissues may feel tight, uncomfortable or less mobile.

Therapeutic breast massage uses gentle, intentional techniques to support lymphatic movement, encourage healthy circulation and improve the mobility of the breast, chest and surrounding fascial tissues. Releasing restrictions within the fascia may allow the tissues to move more freely and comfortably.

This work can be especially valuable following breast surgery, including augmentation, reduction, reconstruction and other procedures, once massage has been cleared by the surgeon. As healing progresses, therapeutic techniques may help improve scar and surrounding tissue mobility, reduce feelings of tightness, and support comfortable movement and recovery.

This is professional therapeutic care provided with clear communication, informed consent and appropriate draping and boundaries throughout every session.
