My work involves integrating the full human being- body and mind. True Deep Tissue work is not about bracing against pain and pushing through discomfort to "gain" results. True release happens when we work within the safety of our nervous system and educate the body on what is possible to feel- relief and peace. I believe in engaging in deep work without causing a pain response- bringing awareness to the mind on what it is holding and giving gentle, loving permission to release the holding patterns that no longer serves us.

My work focuses on nervous sytem regulation- the core of our holding patterns, tensions and pains. The Body will follow what the Mind allows.

When we give the nervous system new information and experiences- safety, permission and compassionate touch- pain relief follows. A new way of being emerges.

I am trained in Connective Tissue Therapy, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish, Sports, Polarity and Prenatal Massage. I believe in the power of intuition, presence and communication. Each client has a unique experience and each massage should reflect your needs, where you are in this moment. I work in collaboration with my clients, listening to their tissue, but also checking in, inviting their input and guidance so we can work together to find relief and create change that lasts beyond the table.
