As a massage therapist and yoga teacher, I bring an empathic and anatomical awareness to the services I provide. I work with my clients to understand what they are needing from their massage and/or yoga journey. My techiques are restorative, mindful, and holistic. Currently based in Marietta, GA, I will be moving to the Virginia Beach/Norfolk in 2026 and will be establishing a private studio location there as well as providing mobile massage and private yoga instruction.
