Your LOMILOMI journey begins with the sacred HA breath and a warm foot bath, working intentionally with the element of water to soothe, calm, and deeply ground you. This opening ritual serves as the therapy portion of our session, offering a safe and gentle space to talk through whatever you need to, and settle your mind before we transition onto the table.

This is a fluid, deeply rhythmic bodywork experience, infused with Spirit, our shared breath, soothing chant, uplifting music, long sweeping forearm strokes, gentle joint rotations, and restorative stretches.

Together, we encourage a full, vibrant flow of mana, your body’s divine energy current, bringing your mind, body, and spirit into true alignment as you release tension and elevate your frequency. Blended seamlessly within this Lomilomi flow are elements of trigger point relief, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral work, Swedish techniques, Thai movement, nourishing abdominal massage, and a restorative meditative breath experience.
