My career in massage started in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. Some of the coursework was done in person, some virtually, and some with a mix of both. Once cleared to have courses back in person, I was volunteering as an aide in as many courses as possible. This allowed me to review coursework and refine some of the techniques. I truly believe massage is for everyone in a way that everyone would need to find certain modalities of their likes. It is also a great feeling to have massage therapists be recognized as health practitioners.
